This is my first version of the design budget. The following version may have some big changes. For my first design, I considered 25% of overhead percentage for emergency usage or other purposes. I also included the points that I think might be important for a good design. For example I added mom and baby area for protecting privacy and classified conference room sizes for different size of people.
