MVP:

Passive temperature regulation

Controlling the temperature indoors can be a major cost of energy. According to class materials, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) makeup 37% of commercial buildings’ energy usage. Cutting down on this part of the energy pie can make Tresidder significantly more sustainable, which is the main goal of this project.

Natural lighting

According to class materials, lighting makes up 30% of commercial buildings’ energy usage. We plan to cut this down by introducing more natural lighting indoors and replacing existing light bulbs with LED. This would reduce the energy required for lighting and also make the interior brighter and more lively.

Convenient seating indoors and outdoors with charging ports within arm’s reach

One of the biggest challenges for many is the bad seating arrangement and the lack of electrical sockets for those using computers.
