Storyline:
In 2054, Venice has sank and all that is left is water and its remnants underwater on the ocean floor. A new civilization is born. Venice is rebuilt. Yet, built to last. The Neo-Venetian people are resilient. As a developed civilization, there are a growing population of 26,200 people. Our agriculture, culture, and transportation systems are based on the Old-Venice but our systems are enhanced. The conservation of Venice not only sustains the cultural heritage of Old-Venice, New-Venice also gives generations of Venetians a place to live without the comprised factor of its land sinking to the ocean. The environment is central to our project idea, and its problems are able to be mitigated by the city’s contributions with sustainable yet thoughtful energy, agriculture, and cultural practices.
