My vacation home is about 2060 SF with a south facing balcony and green roof/terrace element above the garage. I located this home in Lake Tahoe. This location is ideal as it has seasons, meaning that the deciduous trees located on the green surface could provide maximum cooling capabilities during the hot summer months and then would die off during the cold and snowy winter. Furthermore in the sustainability scope, I aimed to maximize the amount of south facing windows and reflective surfaces utilized by my home.

If I had more time to work on this design, I would've edited the second floor plan a bit more. I feel like there's a lot of unutilized space.
