Description

The design of Twitbook’s new headquarters building, “The Trigon”, has been simplified to cut costs. The new design lacks tapers and slopes, but remains visually formidable and will surely be an instant landmark. The new design’s structure is composed of a network of steel beams and columns. The building’s core, containing stairwells and elevator shafts, has load-bearing walls that integrated with the beam network. Column point loads, wall line loads, and flooring area loads on the first level are supported by a system of structural foundations to ensure the building remains stable.
