This cozy family vacation home is situated in the beautiful mountain-scape of Lake Tahoe, featuring views of flowing ranges and grassy terrain. At roughly over 2000 square feet, excluding the two-car parking garage, this structure is meant to serve as the perfect space for family holidays and social events. Within this two story home, the first story functions as a spacious area for socializing while the second story houses the bedrooms, a bathroom, a study/functionable guest bedroom with a twin bed/futon, and an outdoor balcony space overlooking the backyard. On the lower level you will find an open floor plan with a modern kitchen, a cozy living room centered around a fireplace, a larger dining space for hosting, a bathroom, and a spacious storage room. Both levels of the home have numerous windows and glass doors creating an indoor-outdoor lifestyle suitable to the local climate. Outside, there is a fire pit and two lounge beds, as well as ample space for other personalized additions. This design is snugly located in a mountainous terrain meant to provide guests with the unique feeling of being directly immersed in the natural surroundings while still having access to the cozy elements of a vacation home.
