The initial building model was created in a similar manner to the grasshopper example, however using a twisting rectangle instead of an ellipse (created in the green section). The pink and purple sections define the middle and top rectangles with a height, scale factor, and twist.

The light blue section does the volume, surface area, and floor area calculations, with similar logic to the example.

The black section holds the loop and the orange section holds the excel file, with the panels at the very right holding the output data.

These were the different states tested. The height, scale factor of the top, and twist at the top were all modified to be different for each case (2 values per parameter). This was done by reading the excel table data (light-orange section) and modifying the necessary parameters for each step, which is all done in the yellow section. The dark-orange section displays the values used at each step which are then inputs for the top rectangle.

The output values in the right panels were copied to excel.

Below are some of the different test case buildings.

150 height, 0.4 scale factor, 80 degree twist.

100 height, 0.8 scale factor, 60 degree twist.
