Description
The workspace in my conceptual design includes a great amount of natural lighting and open concept work space. In addition, there is a cafe, gym, and day care in both towers. Both towers are also connected with balconies in the 2nd and 7th floor. The roof of both towers have a slope and are composed of glass. The 7th floor allows for tenants to have lunch and enjoy the view. The typical floor contains several conference rooms, restrooms, and a receptionist area right outside of the elevator. The owners of the building encourages companies to rent space if they are looking for a balanced work environment as well as collaboration with others.
