Description

Design of the Commercial Office Building - TwitBook

The commercial office building consists of three nos. of tower (Tower A, B, C) with a podium linking all towers together and they are created by several mass elements in the Revit.

The podium allows their employees work together, carry out different workshop, informal meeting etc. The open work space from level 1 to Level 3 provides a open area removing all the boundary between employees which enhancing the creativity of young workforce.

All towers are connected at different floors, the purpose is to allow the employee from different divisions.

Metal health is significant to the employee and the company as well. “Outdoor” area with different entertainment will be provided at Level 3, the top of podium, with a lot of plants , cafe, resting area. the employee can grab some coffee and food anytime during their working day.
