Interactive 360 Degree Panorama

Every time I would try to create an interactive panorama, this would show up and Revit would crash. I've tried for three days to fix it but nothing is working. I spoke with Nico and he told me to just turn in what I have. I even tried Twinmotion software and nothing would work. I finished everything on Monday, so I would greatly appreciate it if this is graded as only one day late, instead of three, since I have been trying to fix these technical difficulties.
