Key Findings from the Interview
- When it comes to sustainability
- My sister buys sustainable items. Many of the gifts she gives us are reusable straws, plant-based food Tupperware, or other sustainable everyday items she finds online.
- She used to not care about sustainability as much as she does now. Once she started learning more, she became really involved in wanting to be sustainable and help the environment.
- At times, my sister prioritizes fast and easy solutions rather than sustainable ones. Having sustainable options that are more effective and helpful for her needs would be good. For example, she has a baby, and the diapers create a lot of waste, but they are the best option for her.
- Any reservations / concerns about sustainability?
Her major concern toward sustainability would be it causing her to have to put in too much effort compared to the less sustainable counterpart.
