The baseline assumptions already led to an Insight value of less than 54 kBtu/sqft/yr.
But I looked at reducing this further. Similar to my model, i tried reducing the amount of fenestrations on towards the south and west. I also increased lighting efficiency.
Further increasing openings on the east and north, increasing PV panels surface coverage, payback limit, and the type of glass to double LoE, I was able to bring the value down below the Architecture 2030 limit of 9.21.
What I gather from this is that window opening matter a lot, as well as property of materials, especially glass.
