I recommend Proposal 2 (The Honeycomb) as the best design option, as all three options have similar sunlight hours and microclimates, but this option is simultaneously unique and relatively straightforward to build/operate. These buildings also take advantage of daylight without being two bright, as options 1 and 3 might be given their shapes.
Additionally, Proposal 2 will stand out from the buildings around it, giving TwitBook a clear architectural brand. The two separate buildings will promote the independence of different arms of the company, while the internal outdoor spaces in each hexagonal building will allow for private, but open, collaboration and sharing of ideas.
