This vacation house design is fairly simple, but very spacious. It's main purpose is to accommodate a large amount of people. There are many large windows to let as much natural light in as possible. There are two spacious living areas, one upstairs and one downstairs. The space downstairs is built for movies on the large projector installed on the south facing wall, but can also be used as a study space when needed. The three bedrooms and three baths provides a ton of personal space and room for guests.
