Product Name - The Starbucks BOOSTWHEEL

GRAB: Wear the helmet with wheel balanced on the head, while spinning.

PROBLEM: How can you sell the appeal of Starbucks to those who don’t go or even like Starbucks? How can Starbucks make a customized experience for them? Way too many people think Starbucks is a place for people with sweet tooth. But Starbucks can break this barrier by attracting customers with less sugar tolerance with this colorful wheel called “The Starbucks BOOSTWHEEL”, so that Starbucks can be a place for everyone.

SOLUTION: Introducing “The Starbucks BOOSTWHEEL” - A customizable spinoff to the traditional rewards program that you see in every other coffee shop in the world.

COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE: Currently, not a single coffee shop in the world has a spinwheel with motivational phrases on it.

OPPORTUNITY: After implementing this wheel strategy, Starbucks will not only be known for serving coffee, they will be known for serving positive human emotions [to those in need to cheer up].

PROMISE: We guarantee that with the appropriately-funny gifts that Starbucks has in offer for everyone, the interaction alone will motivate you so you can share your newfound happiness from Starbucks to your friends and family.

MODEL: Starbucks will finance this “Starbucks-branded” rewards program by allowing customers the choice to support funding through their sustainability practice, as Starbucks will adopt energy efficiency schemes with every coffee machine, ambient lighting, and other systems in every Starbucks (for everything running on electricity within their control). This will save them extra revenue operate normal business while being able to sufficiently run this rewards program.

ASK: So, it is not just a wheel that motivates you. After you buy from Starbucks, you [the customer] will not only be addicted to caffeine, but also to games involving spinwheels”
