Below is a picture of the bottom floor looking west. I used all steel for beams and columns since I think the style of the building is modern/industrial.

The structural frame and the grids:

Columns: W8*10

Beams: W12*26

Beam Systems: W8*10

I tried to put the columns as close to the walls as possible. There are no columns in the middle of the rooms, or any beams and columns in the shafts. I chose the slim steel columns for them to have less presence in the building, and at the same time also serve sectioning functions.
