- Space-efficient designs (tiny homes) + multi-use furniture and home features
- Science centre cum amusement park with futuristic rides on the latest technology
- Rooftop garden?
- rainwater collection and drainage (permeable pavement?)
- extreme weather conditions (2050) very hot or cold?
- solar PV, heat pumps, battery storage
- Energy-efficiency! Insulation, passive cooling and heating
