Description
In this edit, I decided to create a special space in the west most rooms of the 2nd floor that would provide both a unique view and experience on the 2nd floor as well as additional balcony space accessible via the third floor. The recall to the bay window style honors the influences of living in the bay area, using this technique to bring light into this newly connected space. Even on the third floor, this cantilevered area provides connection by creating an outdoor passage between the two separated rooms found on the third floor.
