Description

Proposing changes to the east and west ends of the building, particularly the exterior EIFS wall and the Level 3 floor plan.

The exterior wall change is proposed to add some more variation to the exterior.

Inside, the Level 3 hallways are cut down to about 2/3 original length to arrange a dining area and conference room at the ends (not enclosed by any doors).

Next step could be proposing to designate a room adjacent to the dining area as a kitchen (north side preferable, since next to the restrooms). Alternatively, widening the hallways to design for the max capacity of the dining and conference areas.
