This office building for Twitbook, consists of a main hexagonal shaped building and two protruding rectangles. From an aerial view this building can almost take the shape of a bird in flight with its "wings" spread. I decided to include the stairs and elevators in the main building that way it could increase interactions, people might be going to different areas of the building, but they will all have to go through the center. On the 5th floor roof, I plan to create a an outdoor social/lounge area where employees can enjoy fresh air. On the floor levels 1-5, the bathrooms are located behind the stairs with the maintenance room located in the west wing. On the floor levels 6-9, the bathrooms are located behind the stairs on either side of the maintenance closet. I plan to create most of the office spaces in both the East and West wings while mostly incorporating open work and social spaces in the main building.
