Define:

Cardinal Pay is a digital payment platform designed specifically for the Indian market. It integrates with the Unified Payments Interface (UPI) to provide seamless, real-time transactions. The platform allows users to send and receive money, pay bills, recharge mobile phones, and make purchases both online and offline with ease.

Ideate:
