Description
This project corresponds to a vacation house on a hillside forest. As the terrain is steep, the entrance to the house is located on the second floor, which houses a kitchen, dining room, living room and terrace. The living room is the main meeting area, made of curtain walls to enjoy the view. The bottom level houses 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with space for 8 people in total. There is also a small studio with a convertible sofa that can host 2 more people. The bottom floor is made by a concrete slab and also has some concrete walls, in order to keep the house heated. The upper floor walls are made of wood, to simplify the construction process. On the outside, there are 2 retention walls on the sides of the house, that make possible the use of the back yard, which is also accesible through an exterior stair.
