Description
This Tahoe vacation home is primarily intended for Summer season use. The home features one master bedroom, two additional bedrooms, and a study/office that can convert to another bedroom with a Murphy bed. All bedrooms have large curtain walls facing south, with the upper level rooms having access to an elevated patio area and the lower levels having doors to take residents directly outside. The central aspect of the house is the outdoor lounge/living area. The lounge area features a dining table, seating, and pizza over/grill overlooking the beauty of the surrounding area. The small kitchen leads directly out to the outdoor lounge area. The home's southern walls are dominated by curtain walls for maximum natural lighting. The home is predominately made from concrete for thermal management year-round (and for aesthetics). A car port allows for two cars to park. An outdoor storage closet (attached to the house) can be used for multi-season storage.
