Description
All bedrooms, including the study with a convertible sofa, feature fantastic lake views. The U-shaped design of the house, focuses activity centrally, both inside and outside, and because of this, all 3 major bedrooms have only forward-facing (lake-facing) windows (or curtain walls, in the case of the main bedroom on the top floor), for privacy. The central lounge/living space spans two floors, with curtain walls providing breathtaking views from both levels, and a beautiful spiraling staircase spilling out into the glass door to the outside. Couches on both levels provide stunning views, offer a venue for chats and gatherings and, can be positioned to watch movies on a wall-mounted television on the upper floor. The upper living space has open access to the kitchen and a pool table, and the lower commons hosts gym equipment and a ping-pong table, for free movement between endless entertainment options.
