  • I already had stacked bathrooms, but I added a wall space between them in my architectural model to run the piping.
  • I routed all the supply piping from above (1” pipes) and the collection pipes below with a 1/4”/12” slope (4”).
  • I added a greywater system for collection and reuse.
  • The vertical pipes are in the mechanical room which is around the corner from the bathrooms.
  • My main challenge in this module was routing the pipes from the bathrooms to the mechanical room because I was working in 3 dimensions to get everything aligned properly. In future designs, I would place the mechanical room closer to the bathrooms. The pipes also have to go pretty deep into the floor to get to the mechanical room because they have to keep sloping down.
