Dear Tom,
I am writing to you from class on July 1st, 2024. You are 12 years old, about to start 8th grade at Crocker. If I remember correctly, you play soccer most days, you play minecraft as much as youre allowed to, and youre a very picky eater. You are going to change a lot in a large number of profound ways over the course of the next decade, and I wish I could go back to help guide you. You end up getting into your dream high school, and then your dream college. Congratulations! You will be thankful for the rest of your life that you tried so hard in high school and that you had such a great mom who helped you get there.
