Description
This is an 512 SF L-shaped research station with a number of windows on both north and south sides for heating and cooling. Solar panels on the roof for electricity generation. The main workspace has 4 sets of desks and chairs with a set of lab bench and sink. To the south of the workspace is a small meeting room. On the east side of the workspace is a 80 SF storage room and an ADA-compliant bathroom.
