Pertinent Questions to be answered in pitch / Q&A

On the ship, what special features are present to help people with disabilities? or for those that are older? What are some facilities unique to the ship experience?

  • Utilize 3D-printers to create small boats / kayaks which can be used to facilitate rowing exercises when the vac-marine is in calmer waters or docked. As an exercise, rowing can help people facing certain physical conditions
  • For older folks, advertise the Vac-Marine as an opportunity to engage in quality time with grandchildren. The sustainable technology used makes it a good opportunity for the elder generation who have seen the effects of pollution and climate change, to educate the younger generation and ignite a new spark of sustainability design thinking.
  • The ship includes advanced hydrotherapy pools that use a combination of warm water, gentle currents, and micro-bubbles to provide therapeutic massages. These pools are designed with easy entry and exit options, and they can be adjusted to different therapeutic settings based on individual needs.
  • Driven by the mission to create an impact on the environment, the Vac-Marine also inspires senior citizens to leave behind a positive legacy and guilt-free travel. By participating in a cruise that actively cleans the oceans and promotes sustainability, they can feel they are making a difference even in their leisure time. This gives their travel experience a lasting, impactful dimension.
  • During the tour, wherever Vac-Marine docks and people wish to explore different ports and cities, there can be an incentive programme for collecting as much waste as possible in special Vac-Marine waste bags that can be hovered to different locations wherever needed via drones. Plastic waste will go into the 3D-printing system and natural waste can be composted, thereby helping reduce ocean acidification. This becomes a fun exercise for seniors as well as a great initiative for the cities listed on the tour.
