Ideation:
Idea 1: Upcycled Bike Racks
A Bike rack using the frames of discarded bikes as dividers and structural support. It would be designed to highlight the utility in old bike frames, illustrating how old bikes can be effectively repurposed. It could even be decorated with appealing instructions on how to build your own or find a use for an old bike
Idea 2: Open-Source Repair Tools
A set of tools designed to help everyday people perform basic bike repair and maintenance without having to invest in new tools that they are unlikely to frequently use. They could be built using everyday household items, and instructions would be available online for how to build and use them
Idea 3: Repurposed Stationary Bike
A open-sourced system to upgrade and old or discarded bike into a personal exercise bike, including a resistive dynamo and a retention frame for the main bike, it would allow individuals to find new use in a bike otherwise left for scrap.
