What did you observe and note as you watched users interact with your prototypes?

• Comments about sustainability and use of plastic
• Is there a geo-polymer material that would be more environmentally safe?
• What’s the cost to make this device? (CTM)
• Grade/quality of plastic being used — cost and food safety
• what about silicon rubber?
• People were impressed with the box and then kinda confused by the use/need
• I NEED TO THINK ABOUT MORE COMMERCIAL USES

What feedback did your users share after the testing?

What feedback did your users share after they've had a chance to interact with and explore your prototypes?

• Does the lettuce retain its “crunch” after being vacuum sealed?
• Feels like the box would waste too much space in your fridge
• Maybe if there was a bag that had the ethylene filters in them that would be more attractive (drop the box)
• Can I use it for other vegetables?
• What about storage for tomatoes and other fruits/veggies that DO OFF-GAS?
• Maybe this is a product that would be more attractive to a commercial chef / restaurant than the regular home cook consumer?
