1. In the Ground Floor plan, create new Generic 12" floor and select the outer boundaries of the entire main building.
2. In the Ground Floor plan, create another Generic 12" floor and select the outer boundaries of the small carport structure.
3. In the Living Area Roof Level plan, create a new Basic Roof Generic 12" roof over the living areas of the project model by tracing the red lines that appear in this view.
4. Make all edges of this roof be slope-defining with a slope of 3"/12". Finish creating the roof.
5. In the Carport Roof Level plan, create a new Basic Roof Generic - 9" roof over the carport area by tracing the blue lines shown in this view.
6. Make it a flat roof by giving it a slope of 0"/12". Finish creating the roof.

Tip: You can create the two floors or two roofs at the same time if you would like them to be the same object.
