  1. Duplicate the Palmer Exterior Wall.
  2. To this new wall type, add a Sill Precast: 8" wide sweep with concrete masonry unit (CMU) material located 1'0" from the base of the wall.
  3. Change the walls highlighted in the floor plan below to be this new type.
