Description
This unique multi-unit building is reminiscent of many San Francisco style apartments and remodels. Originally a single family home with two levels, this building has been converted to a 4-unit apartment complex (quadplex). The floorplan of this design maximizes space for residents. Each apartment unit features 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and an open floor plan for the living room and dining area. Bedrooms are large enough to fit a queen bed and a set of drawers. The eastern face of the building is neighbored with a similarly sized building, this proximity insulates the building—keeping it warm in the winter and cool in the summers!
