This is an overview of the grid system, as well as the beams, columns, and beam systems in the floor plan view. I choose steel system for all my beams, columns, and beam systems, since the steel system can support larger span, and thus reduce the number of the beams.
I choose W10×33 column for my system.
I choose W12×26(the same as guidance) for all of my beams.

Adding the foundation system.
