Your Recommendation for the “Best” Design Option
Enter a brief paragraph (5 to 7 sentences) outlining a brief explanation of why you chose this design option as the “best” after comparing your analyses of the proposals…
I chose Proposal 2 as the “best” design model. This model utilized a hierarchical design to ensure enough daylight potential received by building, especially in the center part of the building. Boston during winter time can be very chilly, exposure to sufficient sun hours can help maintaining comfortable temperature inside the building. Green infrastructure can be introduced to the roof tops of different levels, where it can help reflecting heat to keep building cool during summer time, while at the same time provide recreational areas for employees to take a break and walk away from workplace.
