What are the principal advantages of creating a conceptual design model using masses before diving into the detailed design and building element modeling?
I think that Its advantage is that it's way easier to create the building in Masses. It's also very easy to build large building and “chunks” fast on Revit. Its deffienlty more effective as well.
Should all buildings be modeled first using conceptual masses?
I don't think that all building nessearly should be conceptually be created on masses because although it can be faster and more effective for larger building I don't feel that its really practice and pessary for smaller building with more essential details. When building houses and buildings and places with smaller square footage what we've been doing I think is more effective
