- Mini-Proposal:
- Describe what you want to design and the context (who, where, when, why & how). Include (a) a sentence about your team’s personal connection to this context, (b) the sustainability element, and (c) a project code-name. <100 words.
- Work Plan:
- Project Management Practice - Make a table of action items, deliverables, start & completion dates, & who will have primary responsibility for driving & delivering. The header action items should include each of the design thinking components in our process; list specific tasks as sub-items.
Example:
We love playing games. And we are committed to sustainability lifestyles. Our team will design a sustainability gamification teaching & research laboratory in XYZ at Stanford University for students interested in learning & developing product designs that emphasize UX-motivated playability in sustainability human-behavior & human-mindset change. Our team is interested in applying positive psychology with AI machine learning & personal sensor technologies to design frameworks & solutions for clinical & real-world applications in education, healthcare & community well-being, among others. This is PROJECT PINBALL WIZARD.

Runners and sports aficionados, our team is committed to physical wellness. We want to design a sustainable and smart gym, which has a low energy use and makes the training experience as agreeable as possible. It uses energy created by gymnasts to save power, optimizes lighting through smart design and uses natural ventilation for cooling. It is smartly designed, targeted at young individuals who like training in and outdoors, consciously. In any university campus or city, the gym can be used from 5 to 11. We would do it through sketching and modelling. This is smym: the smart gym.
