Key Findings from the Interview

• When it comes to sustainability
• They care most about doing more simple tasks, like recycling or buying sustainably. Even that is usually only when it is heavily encouraged or marketed that way.
• Sustainability is not the first thing on their mind. They are mostly concerned with making things easier in their life, with less regard to its environmental impact.
• They are going to be passed on ownership of a family business
• Any reservations / concerns about sustainability?
• They will take the chance to help the environment and be sustainable if it has an immediate impact. If they have to go out of their way, however, they won't.
