The exterior shell of the building is kept relatively simple and planar to match the inspiration photos provided, with the front porch and outdoor social areas being slightly raised on columns to invoke the Farnsworth House. The key focus of the design is the furnishing of the interior space, with ample room for miscellaneous activities and comfortable social gatherings. The upper floor is reserved for the three main bedrooms, with the master bedroom having its own bathroom while the others share a bedroom. The car porch is located on the left of the building, with a gravel path and ramp built into the topography of the site. The topography was modified slightly so that the ramp could be flush with the gravel region but the rest of the building could still have its raised appearance. Additional uses of floor finishing layers and wall finishing layers were incorporated in the finished design, while some attention was paid to the joining of walls and floors for accuracy in detailing.
