Hello everyone! My name is Jonathan, I’m a third-year undergrad majoring in urban studies. I’m interested in urban planning and real estate development, so I am interested in learning about the software used in the construction and engineering of buildings and infrastructure. I was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA.
This summer I worked at Prologis on their valuations team, however, the experience also piqued my interest in the development side. I’m hoping to familiarize myself with the capabilities of BIM and the terms used in conversations around building development and construction/engineering. I also hope to be able to use BIM software!
In my free time, I enjoy hiking, going on long drives, listening to reggaeton, and traveling!
