Hillside Vacation Home

Image of My Model

This hillside vacation home is meant to be extremely practical, while also making the most of the most of the views downhill. There is a large patio and grilling area in the front of the house on the lower level to enjoy summer nights with a bar, foosball table, pool table, and couches right inside to let the good times continue once the temperature drops. Also on this level is a large storage space right next to the door on the lower level for easy access to all the recreational accessories your guests will need. The middle floor has the large bedroom, food prep stations, and curtain wall to enjoy the views from inside during the winter months. The top floor is furthest from the action and has eight beds and an office/flex space with windows to take in the breathtaking views. All of the bedrooms have their own balconies for guests to get away and enjoy the natural views and fresh air steps away from the home, which is accentuated in the backyard with the fire pit and hot tub for relaxing nights. The whole house utilizes plenty of windows and multiple skylights for natural lighting and a modern touch, especially over the open staircase.
