Description
The kitchen, pantry, lounge, and two small bedrooms are designed in below grade, while a small courtyard is designed on the first floor to provide privacy. Both the first and second floors of the house have large public areas to meet the needs of vacations. The curtain wall on the second floor of the house can provide views of the resort area and use passive solar as a sustainable design. The house is designed with terraces on the front and sides for viewing and leisure, and the house is designed with a sloping roof for a modern look. There is an attached garage for sedans and coaches.
