Description
My model features a sloped roof facing away from the garage, recreation area, and driveway so any potential snow falls to the side. This vacation house is made with plenty of natural light and high ceilings on the upper floor to provide a modern vibe. The living area of this house is around 2400 square feet, and it is complete with 3 bedrooms, a guest bedroom/office, a full kitchen, a laundry room, a roughly 150 square foot storage/boot room, and a two-car garage. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and the two other bedrooms share a bathroom with a bathtub-shower combination. In the central meeting area, there is a dining table, a couch area, and a fireplace for the winter months. There is also room to put a TV by the couch area if you desire.
