Description
The workspace is projected as a 10 story building, with an ellipsoidal shape. It has a terrace on the top that would serve as open space to take advantage of the open environment, and the rooftop should also include a gym and a restaurant. On the sides of the building there are double-height spaces that may also get changed into terraces, to have more open space. The main lobby is also double-height, to provide a big and comfortable space for clients to wait. Conference rooms are also going to be located in the first floor. The whole building is covered by a curtain wall system in order to take advantage of natural light. There is room for restrooms and mechanical/utilities space in the center of each story, although theses spaces may be adjusted in size.
