Description

My field research station is 515 SF and features a large, main workroom with three desks, a lab bench with a sink, and a group meeting area. There is an ADA-compliant restroom and a spacious storage room. Each desk is facing a window to allow for increased occupant wellbeing and connection to nature. The south facing windows allow for lots of natural light into the space. There are no windows in the bathroom to allow for privacy. On the roof, there are 10 solar panels in total, which will generate solar energy and help power the field station’s operations. Although this is a simple structure, the occupants will be able to carry out their research tasks in a comfortable indoor space.
