Description
This field research station will be simple to construct and simple to enjoy. It boasts clean design elements and an abundance of natural light, with sustainability being the driving force behind all my choices. I wanted to prioritize functionality for the scientists while not compromising on aesthetics, and I had fun experimenting with color. I wanted there to be open space so the occupants would not feel too enclosed, as that would be at odds with the exploratory nature of the work they would be pursuing. While there are natural sections of the building, everything revolves around the center, with the meeting area being a prime example of this. I hope this project picks up traction and that construction will commence soon!
