The design highlights a modern two-story structure with a spacious garage and driveway. The goal was to create a more modernized verison of my first home growing up. This was a vision of AIRBNB esque build. The upper floor has large windows, maximizing natural light, particularly in the recreational area with an open floor plan. The floor plans allow for living to occur on the upper level. The garage is integrated into the lower level with a gym to support a first floor plan. The presence of multiple entryways reflects attention to ease of movement and access. The exterior design is meant to be clean and functional, with a combination of sloped roofing that enhances the aesthetic appeal of the building.
