Description
The main features of my building design is having stacked levels of elevation. There is a courtyard areas that go in a spiral so that they become increasingly private and only people inside the building can see what goes in inside the courtyard. It’s also kind of interesting that there have to be multiple entrance points from likely outside out of convenience so that people do not have to walk through the courtyard to get to their office. Or, perhaps only having one entrance will allow any guests to experience winding around the building, which forces them to slow down and enjoy the journey more. In this case, perhaps this building works best as a museum rather than a commercial office building. I also only put the structural braces on the east and west sides of the building, as well as around any shafts that I designated for stair spaces or interesting moments where people on all levels can look down on what people are doing on other levels from within the building.
