Description

My proposed design consists of a main rectangular section, 26 by 19.5 feet, that houses the lab, meeting room, and storage room. The ADA-compliant bathroom is a smaller addition to the main building and is located near the entrance. All of the rooms are connected by a 4-foot wide hallway. The meeting room and lab are located at the south end of the building with two south-facing windows each. This allows both spaces to take advantage of natural lighting, heating, and ventilation. The storage room and bathroom are each equipped with two elevated windows.
