Revit 3D View Added Work:
In this updated version of the Wednesday model, I refined several key architectural elements to improve realism, constructability, and material consistency. The double glass doors 1 were resized from 72"x84" to 68"x80" for better proportional alignment with the façade. The second-level balcony wall was upgraded from a generic wall face to a curtain wall exterior glazing system, creating a lighter, more open aesthetic. I replaced the generic 12" non-filled roof with a filled version to properly represent roof material layering. The 24" metal-clad columns supporting the balcony were converted to rectangular 24"x24" columns. Additionally, the first-level exterior walls were modified from EIFS on metal studs to CMU on metal studs. Finally, I resized the triple casement windows from 120"x60" to 96"x60" and added an exterior restroom facility at the rear of the building, featuring two gender-separated rooms divided by an interior wall and surrounded by cherry trees and windows for natural light.
